4. Orders

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected product. We may cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or other operational circumstances. If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers, internet connectivity or other third-party services.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We provide delivery across India. Shipping is currently provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated on the website. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the third-party shipping/courier service used for the order. The estimated delivery timeline displayed for your order shall be considered the applicable delivery estimate.

7. Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

8. Returns

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. For damaged, incorrect or manufacturing/printing-defect books, please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy.

9. Replacement

A replacement may be provided where the book arrives damaged, the wrong book is delivered, or the book has a significant printing/manufacturing defect. All such requests are subject to verification.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address and shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

11. Intellectual Property

The book Pusho Ke Vichaar, its original content, cover, designs and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copyright and applicable intellectual property rights relating to the book and website content are claimed by WINEXA GLOBAL MARKETING, except where otherwise stated.
